It would be a steakhouse

A bookstore sounds nice.
3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
If? You mean when. It will be travel.
4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
Communication or science
5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
I've recorded two already and the third would be similar. I'd say something like Stone Temple Pilots or Red Hot Chili Peppers. Something punchy and beat driven with a good group of musicians.

Ran a school? A hitchhiker/hobo college... in the tradition of the 20s/ 30s
Recorded an album? Road-spoken word and instrumental soundtracks (people tell me I write movie themes)
